Self explanatory. Throw it up before you head out to help you survive Lightning Bolts, Zaps, etc. Combine this spell with a Ring of Electricity Resistance for increased effectiveness. Note: This spell doesn't do you anywhere near as much good if you're still a walking lightning rod, so avoid the metal.
