Here are some of the changes I've implemented for the next update. Comments welcome. All of these have been done in a way that they can be dynamically changed if they don't work out.
- Elusion can only be cast from one of the target rooms. - Using a rescue potion requires the same karma as rescue itself. - Shatter requires 40 HP to cast.
I think the pendulum has swung too far to the pker's advantage. I don't mind pking (even some random pking), but the life of a pker is supposed to be dangerous. Teleporting to safety makes it too easy.
Shatter is just a game design mistake but I didn't have the heart to nuke it entirely.
In exchange for these nerfs I have a few small improvements, but I'll wait for the update to announce those :-)
